We all agreed that they are helpful and should continue for now.    Flu Vaccines  As a reminder, all MaineHealth colleagues are required to receive a flu vaccination and provide proof of flu vaccine (or documented medical or religious exemption) by  November 1 . We received clarification from Employee Health about the notification of receipt of flu shot forms. There is a backlog and they are doing their best to update employee records as quickly as possible. It sounds like some people have received receipts for sending in their forms and others haven’t due to different people in Employee Health receiving the form. If you are questioning whether your form was received, please ask your manager to check his/her report in Lawson to see if you are marked as compliant. Managers – please follow up w...
