Flu clinics at Scarborough Surgery Center on 10/9

Thanks to Leisa Collins for facilitating these clinics!

The nursing staff at the Scarborough Surgery Center, 84 Campus Drive (directly across the street from our MHIR 81 Research Drive location) has just confirmed two walk-in flu vaccine clinics for any MHIR faculty/staff/learner/visiting scientist. Next one coming up:

Monday, 10/9/23, 11A – 2P

 Please note the following:

·         For your convenience in having your own back-up copy, a carbon-copy version of the MaineHealth vaccine form can be picked up at the 81 Research Dr. Front Desk on the day of either clinic.

·         Your form will be processed at the vaccine clinic directly to MaineHealth’s Employee Health department, and you will have met your mandatory vaccine requirement.

·         If you receive a flu vaccine outside of the MaineHealth system, please submit your documentation to the MaineHealth Employee Health department yourself by 12/1/23:   fluvaccine@MaineHealth.org.

·         Remember to choose clothing that will allow you to easily receive a vaccine.
