Thank you again to Liz Bergst and Cindy Taylor for being our first Dialogue Session Moderators.  They did a fantastic job! The minutes will be included in our shared drive. WORDS DEFINED: WORKING TOWARDS A COMMON VOCABULARY

CALL TO ACTION: In the spirit of learning with and from one another, we are looking for volunteers to moderate our group's discussions about core constructs in  anti-racism education.The goal of these sessions is for the group to have an open dialogue session where the group can share insights and knowledge and work through the complexities of the constructs together. If you would like to volunteer to moderate a session, please email Liz S or Cole with the topic you're interested in and your availability. See below for some inspiration:  Systemic racism, Inclusion, (white) privilege, equity v. equality, fragility, cancel culture, diversity, arguments against, Implicit bias, bias v. prejudice v. stereotype, affirmative action, Black Lives Matter v. All Lives Matter, folks v. folx, Intersectionality, PLEASE ADD WORDS/TERMS YOU FEEL ARE MISSING
