Harvard Business Review Research: Why Women Trust Their Employers Less Than Men Do by  Ashley Reichheld,   Emily Werner,   and  Wenny Katzenstein April 20, 2023 Summary.    In a 2021 study, a team at Deloitte measured trust levels of 5,000 U.S. employees across job types and industries.
